CRAIG N. ETTINGER

Craig Ettinger is an associate attorney at Rubin & Machado. Mr. Ettinger graduated magna cum laude from Chicago-Kent in 2018 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  During law school, he was a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure and was published in George Mason University’s Civil Rights Law Journal concerning issues in 4th Amendment jurisprudence.

After law school, Mr. Ettinger became a criminal defense attorney who litigated various misdemeanor and felony cases both in Illinois state court as well as Federal court. He has argued before the 1st District Appellate court and has prevailed on other appellate issues in the 3rd District appellate court. He has now pivoted to civil litigation where he has litigated cases successfully for his clients.
